It took seven years to create The Dreams & Divinities Tarot Deck.

Including myself, seven women hand-painted this beautiful deck.

Amanda Sage painted the Aces and I digitally remixd them to create the 2-10 of each suit in the Minor Arcana.

Viandara helped me with the design of the borders and the back, and then I took all the elements and produced this box of magic. I decided that for the first limited edition, we should do the size and weight of the cards like the antique hand-painted Italian cards. So I ordered extra-large cards (15 x 8.8 cm) and had them printed on robust 400-gram card stock in Italy with a company fueled by Solar energy, using eco-friendly inks and papers. We made a series of 777 decks with 223 (2+2+3=7) artist proofs, which were divided amongst the artists. Each deck is hand-numbered.

 

I also created a 60-page booklet describing all 78 cards with fidelity to the Sefer Yetzirah, an ancient Hebrew system used in both the Kabbalistic Tree and the Tarot. It is also available in French.
